Annual Registration Fee:

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
ØTuition paid after the 8th of the month will be assessed a $10 late fee per student or 10% - whichever is greater.
ØA $25 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
ØA finance charge (1.5% a month or 18% annually) will be applied to all balances not paid within 30 days.
ØAccounts delinquent more than 14 days will result in a student being restricted from class and/or performance participation until the account is brought current.
Absences, Refunds, and Make up Classes
ØTuition is non-refundable and may not be credited toward future classes.
ØTuition will only be refunded if a class is cancelled (from the schedule) by MBAD.
ØThere are no refunds for tuition for classes you’re scheduled to attend whether or not you attend the class.
ØIf you are absent, you may schedule a make up on another day in either in your level or one below. To make up a class, you must call within 24 hours of your absence to schedule. Missed make up classes cannot be made up.
ØIn the event of extended illness or other extenuating circumstances, please contact MBAD.
ØRegistration fees are not refundable.
Thirty days written notification is required to drop classes or enrollment from MBAD and cease tuition charges.
ØMBAD only accepts our “Enrollment Change or Release” form as valid written notification to drop a class or enrollment from MBAD. Forms are available at the studio.
ØIf a written notification is not received, you are responsible for all tuition charges and will continue to be billed even if classes are not attended.
Tuition is averaged into five equal monthly payments per semester.
ØMBAD’s 2010-11 Season begins August 15th, 2011 and continues through to June 16th, 2012.
ØThere are 2 semesters-August 15th-January 25th and January 27th-June 16th, each averaging 19 weeks.
ØDiscounts for multiple classes, including siblings, are built into the tuition chart.
ØSemesters may be prepaid in full and will receive an additional 5% discount.
ØStudents registering mid-month will receive a prorated fee for that month.
ØSummer Intensives, Boot Camp, and Workshops fees are separate from the above fees.
